Madison began her career in the Medical and Pediatric Intensive Care Units, where she honed her skills in managing critically ill patients and developed a deep commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Upon graduating with her master’s as a Nurse Practitioner, she achieved her dream of joining Redox Medical Group. Driven by a passion for optimizing health, Madison pursued training in Cellular Medicine at the renowned SSRP Institute and learned directly from Dr. Seeds himself. Now, as a key member of the Redox team, Madison looks forward to expertly guiding you on your wellness journey with her unique blend of expertise and empathy.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Grace Lasita moved to Cleveland to work in the MICU at Cleveland Clinic, where she met our beloved Madison. She then spent 5 years as an ICU travel nurse and gained expertise at a Hematology and Oncology practice before starting with Redox Medical Group. With a strong commitment to providing personalized care, Grace works tirelessly to ensure every patient receives the highest level of attention, comfort, and support. Drawing on a deep understanding of cellular therapies, Grace creates an environment of trust and healing, where patients feel empowered and informed throughout their treatment journey.

Evan Ward is our Communications Manager at Redox Medical Group. He graduated in 2022 from Elon University, where he studied Strategic Communication and Business Administration. He has worked in medical administration for 5 years and has been with Redox Medical Group since 2023. Evan believes that health education and access are fundamental aspects of healing. He manages the Beverly Hills office and patient coordination, functioning as a liaison between the staff, patients, partners, and pharmacies of Redox Medical Group. Evan seeks to make the patient experience smooth and stress-free while prioritizing communication and understanding.

Kristine Johnson serves as the Clinic Administrator at Redox Medical Group. She has a proven track record in recruitment and retention, training and development, payroll management, employee relations, and records maintenance. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Batangas and has extensive experience as an operations director and project manager. In her current role, Kristine oversees daily operations, patient invoicing, quality control, conflict resolution, licensing, and professional development. Her background in accounting, data analysis, payroll, and operations has propelled her into leadership roles across medical, technology, and digital sectors, where she continues to enhance her capabilities and broaden her knowledge.

Kristelle Reyes ("Telle" for short) is a highly committed Clinic Administrator at Redox Medical Group. Over the past two years, she has played a pivotal role in optimizing patient care and improving patient outcomes. Kristelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Multimedia Technologies. With more than seven years of experience in operational roles and digital marketing across multiple industries, she excels in managing patient communications, processing prescriptions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the highest quality of care. She also serves as a graphic designer and community manager at the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute.

Krystal Reyes is an assistant office coordinator at Redox Medical Group. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Batangas State University in 2022. Her background in customer care has shaped her strong skills in communication, organization, and patient support. In her role, Krystal manages patient communications, processes orders and refills, schedules follow-up appointments, and sends timely reminders with Zoom links. She also handles new patient intake, ensuring accurate records and complete documentation. She is devoted to maintaining excellence, delivering smooth operations, and striving to enhance the patient experience.

Lovely Ash Delica is a dedicated Assistant Office Coordinator at Redox Medical Group. With over 15 years of experience in administrative and customer support roles, she specializes in delivering exceptional client service by addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating the delivery of lab requisitions to patients, and setting appointments. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that every task is handled with professionalism and precision. A proud mother of two, Lovely exemplifies commitment and resilience in both her personal and professional life. She is passionate about fostering positive client relationships and upholding the highest standards of reliability and excellence.
